Senator proposes state-funded pregnancy tests in ‘war’ on FASD

State Sen. Pete Kelly, R-Fairbanks, says he is declaring war on fetal alcohol spectrum disorders in Alaska. Tactics to fight FASD he says are on the table include free pregnancy tests in Alaska bars and restaurants and a multi-million dollar media FASD awareness blitz.
